Lansing, Michigan

 Our team was able to assist with upgrading a Senior's refrigerator to a full size unit from dorm size.  As well filled it full of food.   Prior to our team being able to donate and stock full a new refrigerator, there was a much smaller compact refrigerator that did not cool properly.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Our team was able to help a senior to remove overgrowth, shrubs and other items to help spruce things up around the house.  Removed damaged fence and installed a new side fence line and gate to the back yard.  In addition to the outside, we were able to assist with the clean up the inside of their home.  Things were needing a little tidiness after an illness left them unable to keep up. Large amounts of debris and trash were removed from the property/home, enough to fill up a 40 yard dumpster.  ​

 ​I have always been a very active and fit person.  That's what sparked my interest in starting WELLNESS2FITU to help others.  However, life happened and I found myself over-weight, lacked energy, full of inflammation, didn't sleep and was just plain exhausted all the time.
